What this website does — and does not — do with your information. Effective August 25, 2026.
What this website collects
This website itself does not use forms, accounts or cookies, and it does not collect, store or sell personal information. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing tracking you as you browse it.
If you call 714.305.4111, text 714.503.8069, or email [email protected], we see and keep whatever you send us — your contact details and the content of the message — so we can respond and, if you become a client, keep a record of that conversation.
Booking through Mindbody
All booking, scheduling, payment and account management happens on Mindbody, a separate company we use to run the studio. When you book a class, create a Mindbody account, or enter payment details, that information is collected and stored by Mindbody under its own privacy policy, not this website. Read it at mindbodyonline.com/privacy.
Notes you add when booking — an injury, a surgery, a diagnosis — are stored in your Mindbody account and shared with the instructors at Love Pilates so we can plan your session. We do not share that information outside the studio.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail, including what changes if that ever does.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Our studio guidelines require clients to be at least 14, with anyone under 18 accompanied by a parent or guardian.
California residents
Because this website does not collect personal information, there is nothing here for a “Do Not Track” browser signal to act on, and we don’t respond to those signals differently. If you have questions about your data, the right place to start is your Mindbody account settings, since that is where it actually lives.
Texting / SMS
- Love pilates may send text messages. To opt-out, reply with STOP. For HELP, email us at [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply’. Messages will be sent no more than 1x per day.
- Love Pilates does not SMS opt-in data
Text message opt-in consent and mobile phone numbers collected through our SMS/text messaging program will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances. Opt-in data is used solely to send you the text messages you have signed up to receive.
This data may be shared with our SMS platform provider(s) strictly as necessary to deliver the service (e.g., sending and receiving text messages), but such providers are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.
Love Pilates – SMS Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive text messages from Love Pilates, you agree to the following terms:
Types of Messages: Love Pilates sends text messages related to class reminders and confirmations, and booking or scheduling updates (including cancellations, rescheduling, or waitlist openings). These messages are conversational and account-related — they are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies, but you can expect to receive up to 4–8 messages per month, depending on your class activity and studio engagement.
Opt-Out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from Love Pilates. If you’d like to resubscribe, reply START and we will re-add you.
Support: If you are experiencing issues, reply with the word HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at [support email or phone number].
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Delivery of messages is not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier delays.
