Reformer Foundations

Foundations focuses on basic Pilates moves with the goal of developing core strength & confidence. This class flows with slower-paced sequences and a focus on the basics.

Reformer Flow

Flow is a full-body workout designed to strengthen the entire body and boost muscle endurance. This class explores exercise progressions and flows at a continuous pace.

Reformer Elevate

Reformer Elevate is an energetic class focused on progressive strength and stamina with a fast-paced flow. Expect progressions, balance challenges and dynamic transitions.

Reformer Elevate+

This is an advanced Pilates class taught for those with a deep understanding of Pilates and a strong sense of body awareness. It's an Elevate class designed for clients who want to challenge themselves.

Athletic Reformer Flow

This dynamic class is all about traditional Pilates moves with added athletic training. Expect a more rapid flow designed to build additional strength, balance and mobility.

Pilates Mat Sculpt is an upbeat and fast paced class that contains a standing warm up, an arm sculpt series, some kneeling or laying leg work and a traditional mat Pilates sequence. Expect a workout that delivers strength, coordination and mobility.

Rhythm Sculpt

Rhythm Sculpt turns Pilates up a notch — small accessories like weights, bands, and magic circles paired with core-driven ab work, all moving to the beat of the music. Expect a toned, energized burn that keeps time with the playlist.

ROLLOLOGY™

A cutting-edge discipline that starts with the core, using a medium-density Rollology™ roller. Works together by stretching and strengthening the abdominals to properly align and support the body for optimal posture.

The apparatus

What you will actually be on.

Reformer

The iconic Pilates machine designed to move and build strength. It's a bed with a carriage, springs and straps. Endlessly customizable, with 1000s of exercise options.

Chair

A compact piece of equipment consisting of a padded seat and spring-loaded pedals. Amazing for balance and core work.

Springboard

Wall-based, with adjustable springs, bars and handles. Perfect for exercises targeting strength, flexibility and alignment.

Mat

Simple apparatus, not simple workouts. The Pilates mat supports body-weight exercises — just you and your movement.

How long is a Pilates class at Love Pilates?

Every class is 50 minutes.

Which Pilates class should a beginner take?

Start with Reformer Foundations or Springboard & Wunda Chair Foundations, which focus on the basics at a slower pace. Reformer Flow, Pilates Mat Flow, Pilates Mat Sculpt, Rhythm Sculpt and ROLLOLOGY™ are also open to all levels.

How big are the classes?

Our studio focuses on small class sizes. We try to learn your name. Reformer classes have no more than 7 people, mat, strength and circuit classes have up to 10.

How many classes do you offer each week?

More than 40 classes a week across 12 formats, open 7 days a week with morning, afternoon and evening options.
