Our mission at Love Pilates is as always is to promote good health, both physically and mentally. We seek to be a place of refuge and restoration, an escape from the busy demands of life where you can focus on yourself and your body’s needs for an hour.
Until further notice, current Covid Guidelines are as follows:
- Masks are optional for all clients and teachers.
- Clients who are more comfortable in a mask may of course wear their mask the entire time if they choose.
- If you are feeling unwell or have been knowingly exposed to Covid in the previous 5 days, please do not come to class. If someone in your household is ill, please do not come to class.
We will continue to practice thorough cleaning of all equipment and facilities, as well as continue to run our HEPA filter at all times.
Cancellation:
If unable to keep your reservation, we ask that you kindly cancel 12 hours before the start of class or 24 hours before your scheduled appointment (for private and duet lessons). If you must cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class the class fee will be lost and a $10 late cancel fee may be charged. If you do not show for a reserved class, a $15 no-show fee will be charged. For privates and duets, no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before class will result in a full charge for the session. Sales:
All purchases are non-refundable. Exchanges can be made for upgrades or alternative packages. If you purchased a series, please note the expiration date.
Membership Suspensions:
Monthly Memberships can be suspended if the suspension is for at least 14 days. Please email the dates of your requested suspension to [email protected] at least 30 days prior to the requested suspension (planned absences, vacations, etc.). In the case of an emergency (injury, surgery, etc.) memberships can be suspended with less than 30 days notice. The length of the suspension will be added to the end of the contract.
