June Client Feature: Meet Cindy

At Love Pilates, one of our favorite things is celebrating the incredible people who make up our community. This month, we’re excited to spotlight Cindy, whose commitment to her health and wellness journey continues to inspire everyone around her.

Cindy first found Pilates after years of dealing with chronic back pain caused by a ski accident and a career in healthcare that required lifting patients and heavy equipment. Like many people facing persistent pain, she was looking for a solution that didn’t involve surgery or relying on anti-inflammatory medications. After her doctor recommended Pilates and strength training, Cindy decided to give it a try.

Since beginning her Pilates practice, Cindy has experienced remarkable changes. She feels stronger, more flexible, and most importantly, pain-free on most days. While she still modifies certain exercises when needed, she has embraced the idea that wellness is a journey rather than a destination. Progress doesn’t require perfection, it simply requires showing up!

One of the things Cindy loves most about Love Pilates is the community. The support, encouragement, and respect she receives from both instructors and fellow clients keep her motivated and excited to return. She appreciates that there is always something new to learn, another challenge to work toward, and an opportunity to continue growing stronger.

Cindy’s commitment to herself is something we deeply admire. She understands that investing in her health today creates a stronger, healthier future. Through consistency and dedication, she has built habits that support not only her physical well-being but her confidence as well.

For anyone who feels nervous about trying Pilates for the first time, Cindy offers some simple but powerful advice:

“It’s okay to be nervous. Starting something new can feel intimidating, but it can also be exciting. Rather than spending an hour scrolling on your phone or wondering “what if,” I encourages people to give themselves the gift of movement and discover what they’re capable of. You never know—you may just find a new passion.”

A Note from the Love Pilates Team

We absolutely love having Cindy in the studio. Her dedication, consistency, and positive outlook make her a joy to be around. It has been incredible watching her grow stronger, gain confidence in her movement, and continue to challenge herself along the way. Cindy is a wonderful example of what can happen when you commit to your health one class at a time.

We are so grateful she’s part of our Love Pilates family and look forward to cheering her on for many years to come.

Congratulations, Cindy, on being our June Client Feature! Thank you for inspiring our community and reminding us that strength is built one class, one challenge, and one step at a time!
