Discover the Transformative Power of Pilates with Lea✨

I had the opportunity to attend Lea’s Wednesday morning mat class last week. What a treat! I loved it! The class was both fun and challenging. I love how Lea works hard in her own personal practice to learn tools, techniques, and exercises that she can bring to Love Pilates clients. Her cues, modifications, and progressions make the class so accessible, and I could work at my own pace while being challenged to push myself. I will be making her mat class a part of my routine whenever I can, and I encourage you to come join me!

Lea’s Pilates mat classes aren’t just a fantastic workout on their own; they also serve as the perfect complement to reformer classes. While the reformer focuses on resistance training and alignment, mat work challenges you to build strength in a different way—using your body weight to engage deep stabilizing muscles. Mat classes are a wonderful opportunity to apply the principles learned on the reformer, such as stability, flow, and control, in a new context. This combination of reformer and mat work provides a well-rounded Pilates experience that enhances your overall strength, balance, and coordination.

Clients of all fitness levels are welcome in Lea’s classes. She creates a warm and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and motivated. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, Lea’s tailored approach ensures that you get the most out of every session.

But don’t just take my word for it—here’s what others have to say:

“I really like Lea’s mat class. I love that she challenges us, but also provides modifications as needed. We are all getting stronger. Lea is always introducing new and challenging moves that make each class different and never boring.” — Carrie

“I’m really enjoying Lea’s mat class. I’ve been on my Pilates journey for about two years and really love the precision and isolation of muscles that it provides. Pilates on the mat takes that to another level for me, and I’ve noticed my abs and obliques getting stronger. There are modifications for body limitations, and getting into the flow is easy and makes the class time seem to pass quickly. Give it a try; it’s challenging but fun!” — David

Join us in Lea’s Pilates mat class and experience the difference for yourself. Whether your goal is to build core strength, improve flexibility, or simply enjoy a challenging and rewarding workout, Lea’s class has something for everyone. Mat work will help you build strength in new ways while reinforcing the stability, flow, and control you’ve honed on the reformer. Make it a part of your routine and see the results!

See you on the mat,

~Dena
