As a yoga teacher, Jessica sees mindfulness as the simple practice of returning to the present moment. In a world that often encourages us to move faster, do more, and constantly think ahead, mindfulness offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and simply be.

For Jessica, mindfulness isn’t about achieving a perfectly quiet mind or doing every pose flawlessly. Instead, it’s about bringing awareness to your breath, listening to your body, and approaching each movement with intention and curiosity. Every inhale, exhale, and stretch becomes an invitation to reconnect with yourself.
She believes that when we move mindfully, we create space to soften, let go of distractions, and find a sense of calm that’s been there all along. Rather than something we have to achieve, peace becomes something we return to, one breath, one movement, and one moment at a time.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Jessica hopes each class leaves you feeling more grounded, present, and connected to yourself, both on and off the mat.
Join Jessica every Monday at 3:30pm in Studio B for Restorative Flow Yoga. www.love-pilates.com/schedule
